Project Overview
A dedicated project and task management dashboard designed for office workflows. It enables team members to organize tasks (Pending, In Progress, Brainstorming, Completed), manage epics, track sprints, and monitor critical alerts in a unified, intuitive dashboard interface.
The Challenge
Large teams often face communication gaps and unclear task priorities. The goal was to build a system that provides transparency and accountability without micromanagement.
The Solution
We built a scalable SaaS application with Next.js and Django. The system uses a role-based access control (RBAC) model to ensure data security and proper hierarchy management inside the organization.
